At 100Counts, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


📅 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


📨 How to Request a Return

  • Send you a return shipping label

  • Provide step-by-step return instructions

⚠️ Items returned without formal approval will not be accepted.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at sales@100counts.com.au with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Once approved, return your original item

  3. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures faster processing.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
